INDICATIONS:

Nettles are traditionally used as a diuretic in urinary tract infections and edema and as an antihistamine for hayfever. It helps the body rid itself of eater by increasing urine. It can be used for any condition helped by increasing water elimination. This includes high blood pressure, swollen ankles, urinary tract infections, retained water from airplane trips, humidity and many other reasons. As a diuretics, it is considered a blood cleanser. It also helps to limit a histamine reaction and is best used before an allergy is out of control. Use in the beginning of an allergy season when possible. It is not as powerful as a pharmaceutical antihistamine and has milder effects.

Nettles is very high in trace minerals and is considered a nutritive herb. It is building in this way, and is indicated for deficiency disorders.
