Lemongrass is a citrusy, uplifting fragrance. It is antiseptic and helpful for urinary tract infections. It can also help to settle the stomach and ease stomach pain. It has analgesic properties and is said to remove lactic acid buildup from tired muscles. It is good for oily hair, acne, skin infections and scabes. It can be added to Nature’s Fresh for use as an underarm deodorant. Emotionally, lemongrass is soothing and calming, easing stress and nervous exhaustion.

WARNINGS:

Undiluted lemongrass oil can be irritating to the skin. When using internally, dilute properly and do not use for more than 7-10 days at a time.
