Cats Claw is a South American herb traditionally used for a wide variety of problems. It is considered an adaptogen, which helps the body regulate and adapt to stress. It is therefore indicated for a host of situations and problems that are stress related. It is considered a tonic and it best-used long term. It helps prevent burn out and fatigue for those with a great deal of stress. It can also help those already in the fatigue state. Cats Claw helps one to rejuvenate and regain their energy so that they can get back to the energetic life they once knew. It is best used as a long-term tonic.

Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, Cat’s Claw is also reputed to help joint pain as occurs in rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Studies also indicate that it may be immuno-stimulating.
