I use the tablet form. I tried the capsules but it was giving me a cough. So I tried the tablets and they have been OK. I would like to also see you post the ingredients so I can avoid the same and other capsules. I suggest you provide tablets on here for this reason. Some companies, under additive ingredients, are putting additives that one can have a reaction, like myself with the capsules. So that is why I would like to see the ingredients.
