Generally for deficient digestion or deficient enzyme secretions.

INDICATIONS:

Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid will stimulate the body’s ability to secrete more digestive enzymes (HCI, bile, pancreatic enzymes, pepsin, lipase, and saliva) to increase the catabolic or breakdown phase of digestion. This makes absorption more possible. This formula actually makes the body secrete its own digestive enzymes if deficient vs. taking digestive enzymes by themselves. The goal is to get the body to function normally and to not rely on external enzymes.

It can be used on a situation by situation basis or on an as needed basis for meals that cause indigestion.

Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid can be used as a tonic for those with chronic indigestion, before or after a meal, but is best used before the meal.

Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid also contains fennel and peppermint to soothe digestive upset and keep the digestive tract calm while digesting efficiently.

Poor digestion is especially common in the elderly who benefit from this formula.

Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid is also helpful for those who have a hard time with fats and proteins that tend to sit in the digestive tract to long, making one feel bloated.

Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid is a specific for Candida albicans. Candida thrives in a digestive tract that under secretes, thus becoming too alkaline (digestive pH is acidic, digestive tract that under secretes, thus becoming too alkaline). Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid increases HCI in the stomach, thus keeping it very acidic which kills parasites, bacteria, germs and keeps Candida in check. Insufficient digestive enzymes result in leaky gut syndrome and the candida/parasite/germ hypothesis that cannot be healed without increasing digestive enzymes. Digest-Ease/Digest-Aid helps here.
